What we include
We include a provider when its own public website identifies personal training services and a Gold Coast location. This edition covers 12 providers, concentrated in Southport, the northern suburbs, Nerang, Robina and the Burleigh–Miami area. Coverage is selective and does not imply that an unlisted suburb lacks trainers.
Where the information comes from
Each listing links to the official webpage used to establish its name, location and service formats. The displayed check date is the date we reviewed published website information. Information can change after that date. We do not scrape Google Maps, reproduce reviews, invent ratings or label providers independently verified.
How format labels work
- Studio PT: a listed personal training service at a studio or gym. Exclusive use is not implied.
- Mobile PT: the provider advertises travelling to clients. Each client must confirm their address is covered.
- Online coaching: remote coaching is advertised. Live video, app programs and feedback arrangements differ.
- Small-group PT: the provider explicitly describes personal training in a small group.
- Group training: separately advertised group sessions or classes. These are not presented as one-to-one PT.
What we have not checked
We have not attended sessions or independently checked credentials, insurance, professional registrations, safety, clinical suitability, prices or availability. A provider's own health or performance claims are not evidence of results. Ask the provider to explain the qualifications and experience relevant to your needs.
Ordering and commercial relationships
The full directory is alphabetical. Homepage examples illustrate different locations and service formats rather than ranking trainers. There are no paid listings, affiliate booking links or sponsored placements in this edition. Any future paid placement will be identified clearly.
Corrections
Email ben@outmarket.com.au with the listing URL, the detail that needs changing and a current official source. Providers may request a correction or removal. New listing suggestions follow the same source policy and are not guaranteed inclusion.
